Most Sri Lanka itineraries try to do too much. The distances look short, but the roads are slow, and changing hotels every night is no one's idea of a holiday.
I would rather help you choose well by recommending the places worth making time for, the hotels that fit you, and how to pace each day.

The logistics matter, but so does the mood: enough structure to bring people together, and enough freedom for the trip not to feel managed.

I will remain the single point of coordination throughout the planning process and till you leave Sri Lanka. Logistics will be handled by one of our partner DMCs with a dedicated team to handle Experientially clients.

We talk through the trip, establish the broad direction and decide whether Experientially is the right fit.
I will send you a complete first proposal, explain the choices behind it and make one consolidated round of changes with you.
I remain your point of contact while our partner handles the logistics support during the trip.

About Experientially
I started Experientially by planning Sri Lanka holidays for friends. They sent other people my way, and the business grew quietly from there.
It still works best that way: a small number of trips, planned personally, with trusted local partners handling the bookings, transport and support on the ground.
Because I live here and travel around the island often, I can tell you which places are worth the detour, which hotel suits your group and when an itinerary looks better on paper than it will feel in real life.
Once the route is right, one of two experienced Sri Lankan DMC partners handles the execution. You get a personally designed trip, with a professional team behind it while you travel.
